What the fee covers.
The Second Opinion fee covers case intake, secure record handling, physician review, and delivery of the selected written or written-plus-call service. Casanova Med is not the hospital or clinic providing any later treatment.
What is not for sale.
Casanova Med does not sell paid hospital or clinic placement. No provider can purchase inclusion in a Second Opinion result.
What we will disclose before purchase.
Any material physician-compensation structure or third-party commercial arrangement relevant to a service will be documented before we make a broader independence claim. Until that written confirmation is complete, the site does not claim that every relationship is commission-free.
