Not a clinic — a navigator

Consult.   Suggest.   Route.   Oversee.   Love.

Casanova Medicals is not a clinic. We coordinate, navigate, and advocate — every step.

Three programs. One promise: we go with you.

Consult, suggest, route, oversee.

Casanova is not your doctor. We are the person who knows the doctors, knows the hospitals, knows which questions to ask, and stays with you every step of the way.

01 — CONSULT

Free eligibility check

A short intake form routes your request by priority. No product purchase before clinician review.

02 — SUGGEST

Clinician review

A licensed physician reviews your intake within 24–48 hours and suggests a program path or CPP protocol.

03 — ROUTE

In-country coordination

We book, brief, and accompany. We coordinate with appropriate accredited institutions and wellness partners based on the patient profile, timing, and confirmed availability.

04 — OVERSEE

Continuous care

Daily check-ins while you're in-country. Post-trip care plan. Monthly CPP tracking for outcomes data.

Start remote. Free intake, clinician review, $249/month if approved.

Three true stories. One reason Casanova exists.

"Four Seasons meets a wise friend who has lived in Bangkok for ten years." Not a clinic. Not a startup. A trusted advisor built from years of living this.

Bangkok, 2015

A 30-day trip became a life. What started as curiosity about the cost of care in Thailand turned into a decade of relationships with surgeons, wellness directors, visa specialists, and apartment managers who became friends. That network is what Casanova offers.

Vietnam COVID

Stuck during a border closure for a week — and stayed for four years. Vietnam taught us what long-stay medical navigation actually requires: banking, visas, language, hospital relationships, and someone who will pick up the phone at 2 AM. We built all of it.

The Gallbladder

An unexpected emergency in Bangkok. Surgery through an accredited hospital pathway, world-class care, warm recovery, and a final bill a fraction of what it would have cost in the US. That experience, lived personally, is the reason Casanova exists for people who deserve the same support.

"Casanova Medicals is non-judgmental about how clients choose to live their lives in Southeast Asia. We are here to help you get better care, live better, and navigate a part of the world that rewards the curious and the brave."

— Founding Principle

What happens if something goes wrong in-country.

This is the protocol we brief every client on before departure. It is also the protocol we have used.

  • 01
    Pre-departure briefing

Full medical history briefed to in-country coordinator. SafetyWing or Pacific Cross confirmed active. Preferred hospital pre-registered.

  • 02
    24-hour WhatsApp line

Always answered. Not a call centre. Your coordinator's personal number — someone who knows your name and your history.

  • 03
    Coordinator goes to the hospital

Not a referral. Not a phone number. Your Casanova coordinator is physically present — advocating, translating, and staying until you are stable.

  • 04
    Family communication

Casanova handles all family-facing updates. You focus on recovery. We handle the logistics — extended stay, accommodation, visitor coordination.

Travel insurance, handled.

We recommend and coordinate SafetyWing for short-stay medical emergencies and Pacific Cross or Cigna Global for comprehensive international health coverage. We brief the insurer before you leave and confirm policy activation before departure day.

We also help you set up a Charles Schwab debit account (no foreign transaction fees, global ATM reimbursement) and ExpressVPN for secure banking access while in-country.

📞 24/7 Emergency: WhatsApp on your welcome brief

Start with a review status, not a checkout.

Answer five short questions. A clinician reviews within 24–48 hours. No product enrollment, no charge — until approval.

Access should not stop at ability to pay.

A percentage of every program funds navigation access for patients who need it and cannot afford it. The gap Casanova exists to close — between what is available in Bangkok and what Americans can access at home — should not only be available to those who can pay full price. Casanova Cares is our commitment to making sure it isn’t.

If you or someone you know needs support accessing care and financial constraints are a barrier, contact us directly at care@casanovamed.com.

Honest answers.

Is Casanova a clinic or a medical provider?

No. Casanova is a medical navigation and patient advocacy company. All clinical care is performed by licensed physicians and accredited institutions. We consult, suggest, route, and oversee — we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Do I need to travel to use Casanova?

No. CPP is fully remote — free intake, clinician review, and $249/month supplement protocol shipped to your door. In-country programs (The Reset, Restore, Renew) require travel to Thailand, Vietnam, or Malaysia.

What does the $4,500 / $9,500 / $18,500 cover?

Casanova's coordination fee. This covers all navigation, liaison, coordination, in-country check-ins, pre-trip physician consultation, post-trip care plan, and CPP enrollment. It does not include flights, accommodation, or clinical costs — which we itemize separately before you commit.

Is CPP a prescription service?

No. CPP is a clinician-reviewed OTC supplement program. Protocol A (AM) and Protocol B (PM) contain over-the-counter ingredients — Berberine, Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, and others. A clinician reviews suitability before enrollment; no prescription is issued.

What if I'm not approved for CPP?

No subscription is charged. The clinician may suggest an alternative path or ask for more information. You will always receive a written explanation — the intake is never a black box.

Is this safe? Who are the doctors?

We coordinate with accredited institutions and licensed clinicians, and we confirm the appropriate care path individually after intake. We can share institutional credentials and documentation when a specific route is proposed.

Can I do this on my own without Casanova?

Yes — and some people do. What Casanova offers is 10+ years of relationships, the ability to get appointments that aren't listed online, in-country coordination if something goes wrong, and a year-long care arc rather than a single trip.

What about my privacy and medical records?

Intake data is stored securely and used only for clinician review and program coordination. Outcomes data is de-identified for research purposes with your consent, captured via §07A structured tracking. We hold data to the same standard as a US-based patient advocate.

Casanova Medicals is an informational and care coordination experience. It does not provide emergency care, diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. CPP enrollment is not guaranteed and depends on clinician review. The Casanova Protocol is an OTC supplement program reviewed before enrollment; COA, stability, labeling, and fulfillment safeguards are required before any shipment under the Casanova name. In-country program prices represent Casanova coordination fees only; third-party costs (flights, accommodation, clinical care) are itemized separately. Past outcomes described are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Regenerative, oxidative, cellular, peptide, and advanced longevity services depend on physician review, local law, institutional licensing, and confirmed availability. Casanova does not promise a fixed institution, therapy, outcome, or placement before intake and institutional confirmation.
