Casanova MedicalsCaregiver Network
v0 internal pilot

The smallest real caregiver network Casanova can run now.

A Thailand-first coordination layer for trusted caregiver sourcing, orientation, monitored trial placement, and patient feedback. It is intentionally lightweight so it can support Casanova patients now and graduate into its own venture later.

Vetting flow

Trust before scale.

01 Application

Identity, language, experience

Basic intake for Thailand-based Nepali, Burmese, and local Thai caregiving networks already adjacent to Casanova's partner ecosystem.

02 Orientation

Physician-reviewed expectations

A short Casanova-approved orientation on patient population, communication norms, and escalation procedures. Not a clinical training program.

03 Trial placement

Observed before regular matching

The first assignment is monitored more closely, with patient and coordinator feedback captured before standing status is confirmed.

Trust score

An internal matching signal, not a public rating gimmick.

The caregiver trust score is built from patient feedback, coordinator observation, reliability, and responsiveness. At v0 it stays internal: used to prioritize matching and flag reviews, not shown publicly and not treated as a medical credential.
